Changing mouse button behaviour in Ubuntu
That's pretty odd - sounds like it's just a problem with your package manager. Shouldn't be too hard to fix - once you get it running you won't run into too many problems.
I've just installed Ubuntu. nVidia graphics driver won't install and security updates also refuse to install. I can't say I've ever suffered the same nonsense from Windows. Back I go...

Bet that's annoying - guessing there's nothing you can do to prevent it? Other than not sticking things up it, I guess! How did you find out that? Investigative poking?
My nose doesn't do anything particularly violent, it just doesn't smell well, and keeps leaking - there's a little droplet on the end of my nose now. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm single-handedly keeping Kleenex in business. It's great.
I've now seen 5 GPs and 3 consultants about it, and none of them have helped - although one did put me under general anaesthetic for an operation I didn't need that only made things worse. It's reached the point where I'm thinking I should just give up and accept my fate - after all, it's a pretty trivial problem, I always feel like I'm wasting the doctors' time from dealing with people with real health issues.
For a long, long time I thought I had an allergy that was causing me to have a regular snotty nose and sneezing. My nose would start to run for no apparent reason and literally not stop until I went to sleep.
Eventually ascertained that it wasn't an allergy at all, but a very sensitive spot on the inside of my nose which, when disturbed, acts like a switch that inflames my sinuses and sets off the symptoms.

Thanks! That's exactly what I thought! I guess people just went into a state of shock when they saw how awesome my chocolates were, and so forgot to comment. The only rational explanation.
Sadly though, the box is now empty. I am most distressed.
