Moving To Cheltenham

As I mentioned in my last post, Leela and I are moving up to Cheltenham next month - her new job starts there in August. We appear to have secured a very nice flat; lower ground floor, two parking spaces, a stones throw from town and Leela's place of work, and I'll have a bigger room for my office. Ooh, and we have a patio - at last, somewhere for barbeques! And I didn't see anywhere for spiders to hide, so that's good. Going to sign the contract the week after next, moving in the week after.

In other news, work is progressing well. The CMS framework is nearly finished - rather disturbingly, the estimate I put in the side bar appears to be quite accurate. Well, the core framework will be finished, the CMS still needs a bit more work, especially on the UI side of things. Target for that is the end of August, still needs a name though. Several other pieces of work are nearing completion too - things are quite hectic at the moment. Schools start breaking up next week though, so after that things should calm down a bit - until the next three sites launch in September. Not that I'm complaining - much better to be busy than out of work!

"lower ground"?
Round here that means "basement"

Yeah, I'm not quite sure what to call it, it's higher than what I'd call a basement. The floor is about 3 feet below ground.
