Diary: December 2005

20th December

It will be Christmas in five days - just enough time left to get me a present. Quite a few of you have been asking what to get me - well, this year I think I'd quite like a new car or two - just please remember to pop the receipt in the glove box, so I can return duplicated gifts.

I forgot to put the gold star on the top of todays tree on the advent calendar. Day 20 is the last gold day before Christmas day itself, and as such it was going to be the biggest and best game ...

Silence is golden

Hiya everybody! I've been a bit quiet recently because I'm now back home for the next few days, and have been running round delivering presents and cards and other jolly jolly things. If you did, or even if you didn't, come back next year when I'll have some new fancy bits and bobs, and I'll have finished the things that I didn't have time to do this year!

All that's left to say is that I wish everybody a very happy Christmas and a healthy and prosperous new year.

Mmmmm, chocolate

Hi there. I'm still here. Haven't been run over by a tractor or eaten by an eagle - I have been sitting quietly, recovering from the excessive feasting and chocolate consumption, and have been doing a bit of work. I've been a bit quiet because I haven't used the internet much, due to being on an expensive mobile connection.

Being on the top of one of the highest hills in the area, we've been hit by the recent snow a bit. Not as bad as east Kent, but still, it's been up to a couple ...
