At about 8.30 this morning, while I am half asleep, my phone rings (the one in my room). So, this afternoon I turned my computer on and it said "I can't read a bit of your profile", and helpfully deleted the rest for me. Of course, my e-mails were stored in my profile. Grr. So I have lost quite a few important e-mails which I hadn't replied to yet, so if you sent me something recently and I haven't replied by the time you read this, try sending it again!
