Dumb Quiz Time

Just saw a quiz on laura's LJ. I don't normally do these things, because i always think they suck, but this one is a list of firsts and lasts, and, knowing my memory, I thought it might be an amusing exercise to probe it and see how much I really do know. That, and a really good way to waste time that I should be working. Meh, degrees are overrated.

FIRSTS

first best friend: Oooh, tricky. I think his name was Thomas. I was 2 or 3, he was asthmatic and lived down the road. I'd make him laugh, he'd have an asthma attack, I'd find it hilarous and laugh so hard I'd lose control of my bladder. Ahh, good times...

first real memory of something: Yellow wellies. I was wearing them while walking through a field in Devon.

First real kiss: Well, I'd guess that would be when my mum first saw me. Well, I'm assuming she would have kissed me at that point, since that's the kind of thing that happens to new born babies. Ahh, good times...

First Job: Being nice to distant relatives count? Heh, just kidding, I do that for free (I mean I'm in their wills, right? ;) ). Hmm, how about freelance website design? No? 24/7 on-call tech support for my mum's friends? Well, failing that, teaching computing holiday courses when I was 16. There was a 15 year old in the second class I taught, which sucked.

First crush: I was at boys-only schools till I was 18... Ahh, good times...

First screen name: radiac. Must have been about 5 or 6 ago years now? Bought the domains, t-shirt, sweatshirt AND the mug.

First self purchased album: That michael jackson one. Ahh, good times...

First funeral: The concept of having more than one is a little too buddist for my tastes.

First pets: Moo moo, Tinky and ack, forgotten her name. They were pekinese dogs, though they weren't mine - my mum and gran had them long before I was around, I just turned up in time to make the ends of their lives a misery. My first pets were fish, although they didn't last too long. Ahh, good times...

First piercing/tattoo: I can't remember if I had my ears pierced before my eyebrow. Although the first tatoo was the one on my chest.

First credit card: Barclaycard. They need to love me more and give me a higher limit.

First enemy: Justin something, I think. He stamped on my brief case the first time he met me, my first day at school in a new form after jumping a year. Ahh, good times...

First big trip: Croatia. Stayed with friends on the coast. It was just when the latest war was kicking off. The serbs burnt the forests off the mountains behind their house the week before I arrived. Ahh, good times...

First play/musical/performance: The crappy place my parents sent me when I was 3 did a nativity play. I think I played the pirate ninja.

First musician you remember hearing in your house: My mum, on the piano.

First band: Elastic. Ahh, good times...

LASTS

Last cigarette: Not recent enough. I don't actually smoke, but my bastard friends at the pub have a two-packet-a-day habit, so I get addicted just sitting there in the pub with them, then when I get back to uni I have nicotine cravings and find myself following people who are smoking down the road. Ahh, good times...

Last big car ride: Coming back to uni.

Last good cry: I really can't remember.

Last library book checked out: That would be something by Enid Blyton. Ahh, good times... Hmm, I wonder how much they'd charge me in late fees if I took it back...

Last movie seen: The Emperors New Groove.

Last beverage drank: Volvic. Ahh, getting bored with this.

Last food consumed: Pasta. Ahh, now I'm remembering why I don't do these quizzes.

Last crush: Apple juice.

Last phone call made: Home.

Last time showered: This morning.

Last shoes worn: On my feet.

Last CD played: Circular, with a 'Led Zeppelin' label on it.

Last item bought: Paper from WH Smiths on the way home today. No sooner had I walked into the store than the security guy came up to me and asked 'Can I help you, sir?'. I told him I was after some paper, and he pointed me at it. And then subtly followed me around the store until I left. Either I look dodgy, or he was very bored. Who knows, maybe it's my face... Ahh, good times...

Last annoyance: Every time I push a key down with my left index finger, it hurts. While in the shower this morning, I managed to stab myself under the fingernail, with the fingernail on the other index finger. I was trying to wash my hair, but it was too early to be that coordinated. It bled. Ahh, good times...

Last soda drank: Sprite. I used to have a 20 can a day habit, don't you know? The time I got through something like 60 cans in a weekend was when I realised I should probably cut back. And I've nearly managed to stay clean for the past 3 years, too. Ahh, good times...

Last ice cream eaten: In the holiday.

Last shirt worn: My replacement Woo Yay shirt! ESSEX K8 MUST DIE!

Last website visited: Wikipedia. In particular, the Chewbacca Defense. Oh, how I love South Park. Speaking of which, the next episode is playing tonight in America, marking the start of the second half of the 7th season.
