Severely Pissed Off

Emailed dabs about my scratched monitor on friday. No reply, so I phoned them today just after 4. I was in the queue for over 30 minutes. When I eventually got through, they told me to ring Iiyama, who would deal with it faster. I rang Iiyama, another 10 minute queue. They said they didn't deal with damaged stuff, I have to go back to Dabs. Phoned them back, I was on the queue for another 10 minutes listening to the updates, then at 5.05 I realised I hadn't heard any updates in 5 minutes, and seeing ...

I'm stuck in their queue again.

Well, it's not so bad; I've moved 7 places in the past 15 minutes...

Maybe I should pity the operator who takes my call... nah, the bastards must suffer!
