I had my injection, and the injection swelled to the size of a grapefruit. Ok, maybe not quite that big, but it was massive and red and itchy and bad. Leela suggested anti-histamine stuff, which did the job. Speaking of Leela and jobs, she has exciting news over on her journal, which she has resumed now that she has internet access again.

I have been making chocolate things. Lots of them. I have used 4 packets of biscuits, 4 packs of butter, over a tin of golden syrup, and a bag of sultanas. Most healthy.

My bed has broken. Well, not so much broken, more that it just plain sucks. When you lie on it, the slats fall out and you end up on the floor. I think I am going to have to build some elaborateness to fix it without actually doing anything permanent, don't want to risk harming the deposit. Went over to Ikea with Leela on Monday, and bought a chest of drawers which she helped me put together. Also wanted to get a table, but it wouldn't fit in the car. Didn't think of looking for a replacement bed though.

I must say that this Bath life is pretty damned good. Wake up, have nothing to do, go back to sleep until the afternoon, have some breakfast while watching tv, go for a little wander in town, eat more, watch some tv while messing about on the computer, and then go to bed. Does it get any better? Well, must go watch tv, it is most exciting. Night all...
