May I take this opportunity to say that the rumours that I'm becoming an alcoholic are entirely false. I think.

I have re-done the photo album in 'about me' - it's now arranged in a nicer way for me, so it's easier for me to add and maintain photos.

Unfortunately, really the only differences you'll notice are that the sections now have italics, and I have apparently removed the 'browse across sections' feature... might come back, if anyone wants it.

Have got my photos back from the leavers ball, skinners day and a couple of pub visits... they're in the new photo section now.

Saw rush hour 2 today... a very very funny film, not to mention the action scenes! A film worthy of a place on my dvd shelf :p

Well, that makes 9 days out of the past 10 that I've been out... heheheheheheh

Yep... it's the last EVER Star Trek Voyager at 8pm on Sky 1! What am I going to do after tonight?!

Time for the TV Checklist...
Phones off the hook? Check.
Backup generator filled and ready to take over in case of power cut? Check.
Sky remote batteries removed? Check.
Sky remote hidden? Check.
Huge globules of glue-gun glue securing Digibox buttons and television cables? Check.
Parents tied to their chairs and gagged? Nah, will do that at 7.30.

Sweet. I'm ready.

Oh yeh, and I went to the pub this afternoon... that makes 10 out of 11 days, and 7 in a row :)

In fact, everything's pretty good. Apart from for the fact that my mum's discovered my smirnoff ice! GRR! Oh, and i'm getting my A-levels next week

No news for a while now; sorry, never get round to it.

And I get my results tomorrow. Oh god I'm nervous.

I've got to go teach at 10pm for an hour, before I can go and get my exam results...

Yesterday, Jamie Ballin organised a dinner party for a few friends - me, Chris, James, Nick o, Stu, Olivia, Tomris, Jamie's sister (Lucy) and Alice...

It was a great evening, lovely meal, and then we went outside for a couple of drinks before Olivia and Tomris left. And let's put it this way, the mixers in the cocktails were mainly alcoholic...

Anyway, later in the evening, after too many 'double' vodka and red bulls (it was more half and half...), Stu and Lucy got a bit, uh, friendly. When Jamie found out, he did the decent thing, protected his (15 year old) sister and kicked Stu out... Nick took him home. After which Lucy ran to her room crying, Alice was sick all over herself, the sunlounger and the patio, and Lucy was sick all over her bed shortly after. While I stood in the background, very drunk, giggling quietly to myself. We then spent the next 4 hours cleaning up before getting to bed at 5... a truly excellent evening! Well, for me at least :p

This morning neither Lucy not Alice could remember it... Lucy was, uh, disturbed... Ahahahahahahahah

Almost time to go home and start building my new computer... before heading pubwards again :)

Help me, I'm turning into an alcoholic...

The mega-beastie is coming along nicely... mobo's in the case, processor and heatsink are in, gfx card and memory are in, and so is the floppy drive. The hds are screwed into place, but not connected yet... but it boots. which is the main thing :p

Went to see Jurassic Park 3 today... god damn that's an awful film... they took the scripts for JP1 and JP2, made a list of all the good bits and said 'OK, let's not use this, and make a film with what's left'...

Yay! I finished building my new computer last night! Haven't had a chance to install an OS or anything, but the hardware all seems happy. The ide cables only just reach from the mobo to the hds, but hey...

Just can't decide whether or not to keep the live drive in there... Photos in the photos section, you decide!

I'm teaching people how to use font and center tags today. Wahay.

It's the end of the courses for another year... one day left. Mmm, holiday again...

And the w2k cd is in the post, so I can get my computer working soon...

And I got 109 wpm with no errors in 'mavis beacon teaches typing' today :)

Hi.. went to see Josie and the Pussycats yesterday - not a particularly great film, but it was quite funny, and the music was good. Well, I liked it - the soundtrack's on order.

Went and had an eye-test today; new glasses and contact lenses are on order. Woo!

Yesterday, at mid-day, a friend of mine (pensioner), had a nasty fall in a car park. He lay there for a bit while people walked by trying not to see - in the end he had to get himself to his car, temporarily bandage his bleeding hands, and drive himself to A&E...

When you hear about things like this, it just makes you wonder what's gone wrong with our society...

Hi - I'm writing this from my new computer! I've installed windows 2000, installed everything important, and performed the obligatory timerefresh in quake 2 - in 1600x1200, I'm on 60fps exactly.

Nice.

And so, to bed. Tomorrow I'll install silly useless bloaty things like Office.
